The achievement of operational performance target is measured and evaluated with Key Performance Indicator (KPI). The main indicators are the services to toll road user and following are the achievements of the main indicators, representing the performance of the Company in rendering its services to toll road users in the year under review: - Transaction speed.
- Accident rate (number of accidents per 100 million vehicles km).
- Fatality rate (number of accidents causing death per 100 million vehicles km).
- Roughness of road surface (m/km).
- Skid resistance of road surface (µm).
Other performances representing service are as follows: - Average travel time.
- Construction services, which reflects the percentage of road pavement quality of the total length of toll road.
