Jasa Marga organized Clean Friday at Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road Km 33 Rest Area

Bekasi (5/3) – Approaching Ramadhan and Eid-al Fitr Peak Holiday Season, Jasa Marga organized Rest Area Cleaning, preceded by an Aerobics Dance, at Jakarta-Cikampek​ Toll Road km 33 ​Rest Area. 

It started at 6 a.m, attended by Jasa Marga's Corporate Secretary Agus Setiawan, Jakarta-Cikampek Branch General Manager Raddy R Lukman, PT Jasamarga Properti Technical Director Tita Paulina Purbasari, and PT Jasamarga Properti Finance Director Surta Nababan.  

In his welcome speech, Raddy R Lukman said that rest area service is part of the toll road business.  Besides traffic management, this service is also a main concern and therefore should comply with the standards.

"Rest area service draws a lot of attention from the public. This impels us to keep maintaining and improving its service qualities," he said. 

Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road offers 11 Rest Areas and 5 Parking Bays for the 2019 Eid-al Fitr holiday season.

After the Aerobic Dance, Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road km 33 Rest Area Cleaning was performed by more than 100 participants from Jasa Marga's Head Office, Branch, and Subsidiaries, as well as tenants and MSMEs around the Rest Area.

Jasa Marga's Corporate Secretary Agus Setiawan stresses the importance of a collaborative synergy for rest area optimum service and, thus, customer satisfaction.

"Rest area service has been Jasa Marga's Board of Directors' main concern.  Our event today will hopefully draw empathy for the long-distance travelers and assist them through our service excellence, particularly approaching Eid-al Fitr peak holiday season," he explained.

Concluding his remarks, Agus Setiawan and Raddy R Lukman symbolically disclosed the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the Rest Area Landscaping and Cleaning Services to begin the rebranding process ​of Jasa Marga Toll Road Rest Areas.

Meanwhile, Jasa Marga's Community Development Program Departement handed over more than Rp100-million worth of tools and equipment for the three rest areas under Jasa Marga Bhakti VIII Cooperative management.  These were large bins, cleaning equipment, as well as carpets, mukena, sarongs and prayer mats for the Musholla (Islamic Prayer Room).

The event concluded with gatherings and culinary enjoyment prepared by Jasa Marga Jakarta-Cikampek Branch's fostered MSMEs.
