Implementation of Quality Management Systems at PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk
In order to achieve the Company's Vision and Mission and increase the Company's value to give positive impacts to the stakeholders and encourage the development and improvement of employees’ performance, Jasa Marga has implemented Quality Management System based on ISO 9001: 2015 International Standard.
In implementing the Quality Management System integrated with the Company's management system, the Company has taken the following steps:
|||1. Establishing Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Policies within the Company.|
To achieve the Company's Vision and Mission in increasing the Company's value that gives positive impacts to the stakeholders and to encourage the development and improvement of the performance of its employees, the Company has established a Quality, Safety & Health and Environmental Policy in the Company based on the Decision of Directors Number 94/KPTS/2020 dated 30 September 2020.
|||2. Acquiring Certifications of Quality, Occupational Safety & Health and Environment Management System referring to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001: 2015|
The implementation of the Quality, Occupational Safety & Health and Environment Management System that refers to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015 in the Company is proven in the certifications successfully obtained since 27 December 2019 for three management systems issued by BSI Indonesia as the certification body. The certifications are valid from the date of issuance until 26 December 2022.
