I.    Requirements:

1.     Owns a Construction Service Business License (Surat Ijin Usaha Jasa Konstruksi/SIUJK) of Construction Services with these classifications:

  • - Civil Construction of Highway (except Overpasses​), Road, Railway, and Airport Runway (code: SI003) Subclassification with Big Minimum Qualification (B1) and,
  • - Civil Construction of Bridge, Overpass, Tunnel and Subway (code: SI004) Subclassification with Median Minimum Qualification (M2), which is still valid.

​​2.   ​Owns Certificate of Incorporation (Sertifikat Badan Usaha/SBU) with these classifications:

  • - Civil Construction ​​of Highway​ (except Overpasses), Road, Railway, and Airport Runway (code: SI003) Subclassification with Big Minimum Qualification (B1) and,​
  • - Civil Construction of Bridge, Overpass, Tunnel and Subway (code: SI004) Subclassification with Median Minimum Qualification (M2), which is still valid.​

3.    Owns Quality Management Certificate (equivalent to ISO and OHSAS) which is still valid;

4.   Have a​ similar work experience in the last five years (between 2013 and 2017)​, including subcontract experience;

​5.    Service Main Leader or Leader (listed in Company Deed and Amendments) as Proxy of the Main Leader Must sign the Integrity Pact;

​6.     Other ​​Terms ​and conditions are in the ​​​Qualification Document.

Interested Independent Contractors may register at the aforementioned address by bringing along 1 (one) Copy of Certificate of Incorporation (SBU) in accordance with the applicable field of work.
