President Director of PT CSJ Ayu Widya Kiswari has explained that the enthusiasm of road users for the operation of this toll road since last night (02/04) at 22.00 WIB was very high. Until this information was released at 13.30 WIB, congestion was still being observed ahead of the GT Pamulang exit.
"We are apologize for the congestion that occurred at the GT Pamulang exit access. We asked for the patience of road users because at this time the density that occurs on the national road connected to GT Pamulang, namely Jl. R. E. Martadinata, has an impact on toll road access, ”said Ayu.
Ayu also added that related to the density at the intersection of this Martadinata level, PT CSJ is coordinating with the South Tangerang City Transportation Agency for traffic engineering and traffic light regulation at that location.
In addition, until this morning, there were still quite a number of road users accessing the Serpong-Cinere Toll Road for the Serpong-Pamulang Section in hopes of continuing the journey to the Jagorawi Toll Road via the Cinere-Jagorawi (Cijago) Toll Road. Ayu emphasized that the Serpong-Cinere Toll Road for the Serpong-Pamulang Section which has been inaugurated and operated can only be accessed up to the Pamulang GT, cannot yet pass to the Cijago toll road.
"The one that was inaugurated and operated is Section 1 of the Serpong-Pamulang Section with the final trip to GT Pamulang. Meanwhile, the one that will be connected to the Cijago Toll Road is Section 2 of the Pamulang Cinere Section, which is currently still under construction, "he added.
For road users heading to the Cijago Toll Road via the Serpong-Cinere Toll Road access, the Serpong-Pamulang Section can exit at GT Pamulang and continue the journey via the national road and re-enter the toll road via GT Kukusan, Cijago Toll Road.
"The majority of road users think that the Serpong-Cinere Toll Road is already connected to the Cijago Toll Road because one of the travel navigation applications has shown that the two toll roads are connected, even though in fact they are not yet connected. As additional information, Jasa Marga is currently coordinating with related parties from the application to improve travel routes, "Ayu concluded.
Jasa Marga apologizes for the inconvenience felt by road users. Traffic information around toll roads can be accessed through the 24-hour Call Center at 14080 and the Travoy 3.0 application for iOS and Android users.
