According to Taufiqul Hidayat, Operation Management Department Head Regional Jasamarga Nusantara Tollroad Division, the government's efforts to control transportation ahead of Lebaran, May 12-13, 2021 are quite effective.

"Indeed, the socialization to road users regarding the ban on homecoming for Lebaran this year has been quite massive and we support it by installing appeal banners and through electronic information boards (Variable Message Sign / VMS), long before the D day of the ban on going home," he said. Taufiqul.

Even though the volume of vehicle traffic has decreased, Tauqiful Hidayat emphasized that toll road services are still optimally prepared by alerting officers on call to anticipate the increase in the volume of vehicles at toll gates. "Our Toll Road Service Fleet, such as: Mobile Customer Service, Derek, Ambulance and Resque, plus Highway Patrol Officers remain on standby 24 hours to serve road users, and even operational substations.
